How to Keep Your Rent to Rent Business Afloat During the Crisis

Hopefully you’re keeping your spirits up and that’s why where talking about the ways that you can keep your Rent to Rent business afloat… Currently I’m dealing with a lot of people who are afraid and uncertain and I just want to clarify a few things; we’re going to see the property market struggle, and the same goes for all tenants and other service based industries… So I want to make sure that you are in the best possible position to survive Carona and the recession that was already happening before that…

First thing to know is that Rent to Rent is still totally viable. My advice would be to be cautious regarding jumping into service accommodation – this is an industry most impacted by the Carona virus. If you are looking at service accommodation at the moment you can use it to your favour because that landlord already knows that he’s probably not going to get a tenant. So if you can negotiate a very low-income deal or that you are not paid straight away I believe you can still make it work.
