I know you have come to the Rent to Rent Academy website and my blog for a reason. And whether that reason is to learn more about rent to rent, to get started with rent to rent or to accelerate your current rent to rent business - you've come to the right place. And the best place to get started is this book - and I know that sounds like bragging because I wrote it myself. But it's true. I wish there was a book like this available when I started in Rent to Rent. And I wish there was a community available focused on Rent to Rent that would have helped to answer all my questions. Because that would have eliminated quite a few of the mistakes I made in the beginning and would have help to get me started a lot more quickly!

When I started with Rent to Rent I had to search out the information I needed - like what type of contract to use, how do I know I'm in a good area, how do I find tenants, what kind of costs should I be expecting. Everything was a bit of trial and error and worry. But you don't have to do that!

So enough of a sales pitch - let me tell you about the book so you can decide that it is right for you.

Ultimately this is a Q&A style book. So you don't have to sit down and read it from cover to cover. You can dip in and dip out based on what you need at the moment. There is a handy table of contents at the beginning that lists out all the questions that are answered in the book and will direct you to exactly where you need to go to answer your most pressing question.
