What to Worry About When You are Getting Started in Rent to Rent

I'm going to keep this short and sweet.  I'm going to say that most people need to be turning down their worries and not turning it up.

I have a feeling you are probably worrying about all the wrong things right now.  You are probably thinking things like:

• What if I say the wrong thing?
• What if I make a mistake?
• What if I do a bad deal?
• What if I look like an idiot?
• What are my friends/family / co-workers going to think?

While your brain thinks those are super important questions - they are not super helpful ones.  They are not questions that are going to move you forward in your business and give you the answers you need to get the deals.

Instead of asking yourself those crappy questions - here are the questions I think you should consider: 

• How can I do more viewings?
• How can I improve my pitch (i.e. what I say to landlords / agents)?
• How can I be more comfortable making offers and telling people what I do?
• How can I get in front of more landlords?
• How can I make sure my business is set up legally?

Once you start asking yourself better questions you will start generating better answers for yourself.  Your brain loves a puzzle and loves to answer questions.  And it can find the answer to anything.  You just need to make sure you are asking the right question so it looks for the right answers in the right places.
